The approach of GDC towards the safety is very comprehensive that incorporates
three important factors into its designs and planning – Risk Management, Hazard
Analysis, and Global Industry Best Practices. Once the risk management planning is
done, the procedures and actions to minimize the risk factors such as, damage and
injury are applied during the course of project implementation.
All stakeholders of the GDC Company believe firmly in the fact that any defect or failure in the safety
measure can result in a big loss, such as – personal life, lower quality, and reduced capacity and overrunning
of the budgets – therefore, the safety policy is developed in line with the industry best practices adopted
globally in the field of construction works. The Accident Prevention Plan (APP) specific to each project is
developed by the quality control team in GDC to avert any kind of above mentioned losses.
